Pros: Nausea is gone! Bloating and gas is not as intense. My energy level is mostly back to normal!
Cons: Peeing ALL the time!
Still have a super sense of smell, noticing brief leg cramps in the early morning (most likely from a change in my workout and yoga routine and full-time teaching) I am feeling super sensitive due to a surge of hormones- climate change messages about polar bears losing their homes makes me sob…like totally lose it.
Activities: Walking, swimming, nesting plans for home improvement and cleaning. Oh and our wedding party!
Although we got married at the Providence City Hall in January, we wanted a wedding party in the fall with all those pretty autumn colors. We had a great time! And the timing was perfect, Being about 20 weeks, I had to get a new adjustable back put on my dress! But I felt pretty good dancing the night ( aka: early evening) away!

excercise accommodations: Yoga but with positions that include room for the belly!
